Food & Beverage Captain

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage working experience in Banquet/ Chinese restaurant/ Western restaurant
• With at least 1 year solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation
• Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Description:

• Ensure the delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service
• Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship
• At opening and closing, follow procedures for ensuring areas are ready for the day’s business with proper mise-en-place and table set-ups
