FISH FILLETER

Qualifications:

• Must have related Training Certificates.
• TESDA NCII Certificate or Trade Test is a MUST!
• Must have UKVI IELTS with a 4.0 score per category. Candidates with ready UKVI IELTS will be highly prioritized.
• Must be competent in the cleaning, cutting, filleting and preparation of fish for processing or sale.
• Keen on scrubbing, descaling, removal of the head and guts, washing & deboning of fish.
• Competent in cutting & slitting of fish for curing by hand or machine.

Responsibilities:

• Cut and fillet different types of fish accurately and efficiently
• Ensure proper handling and storage of fish to maintain quality and freshness
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
• Dispose of fish waste properly and follow all safety and hygiene regulations
