Fire Alarm Technician

Qualifications:

• Male not more than 45 years
• With minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in Gulf Country: Previous experience working on maintenance of Facilities in Gulf Country.
• Experience on Honeywell, ZETA, VESDA, and other Fire Alarm System Brands.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, installing, maintaining and repairing of various Fire alarm systems. analog/conventional and addressable
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of fire alarm system to identify and address potential issues before the escalate
• Perform routine tests to ensure proper functioning of alarms, detectors, control panels, and other system components.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose nad troubleshoot problems with fire alarm system including false alarms, malfunctioning components, and wiring issues.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Repairs: Perform repairs and replacements of faulty or damaged fire alarm system components, such as detectors, control panels, wiring, and batteries.
• Ensure that all repairs comply with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection, maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades
• Generate reports detailing findings, recommendations, and actions taken to address issues.

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
