Fiber Glass Repair Technician (Boat Jetski)

Specializing in boats and jet skis, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining fiberglass components on these watercraft. This role requires a strong understanding of fiberglass repair techniques, including laminating, patching, and sanding, as well as a knowledge of marine equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • 25 years old and above
  • Must be fit to work
  • 5+ years of verifiable, consistent & proven work experience
  • With overseas experience is a plus
  • At least one (1) year of vocational or college education is preferred to exempt candidates from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL or PTE). However, candidates who have not completed this level of education will be required to take one of these English language tests.
  • With VALID passport

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Assess: Conduct thorough inspections of fiberglass components on boats and jet skis to identify damage, wear, and deterioration.
  • Repair and Restore: Utilize fiberglass repair techniques such as laminating, patching, and sanding to restore damaged fiberglass components to their original condition.
  • Color Matching and Finishing: Match repair areas to the existing paint finish using appropriate techniques and materials.
  • Maintain Tools and Equipment: Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Adhere to Marine Safety Standards: Comply with all marine safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
