Facilities Supervisor – Building Fabric / Civil

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in high-end facilities management, preferably in luxury settings
• Strong knowledge of building codes, structural maintenance, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Advanced technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the civil maintenance team to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance of building structures
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship
• Train, mentor, and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of service and safety
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets
• Coordinate with the Building Fabric / Civil Engineer on major projects and renovations
