FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must have experience in Steel Fabrication industry

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and project specifications to understand fabrication requirements
• Select appropriate materials, tools and equipment necessary for fabrication
• Cut, shape and weld metal components using various fabrication techniques such as cutting torches, plasma cutters and welding machines
• Utilize fabrication machinery and tools, including shears, brakes, rollers and drills to shape and form steel materials
• Ensure accuracy and precision during the fabrication process to meet project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct quality control checks to verify that fabricated components need required tolerances and specifications
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely completion of assigned project
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and consumables essential for fabrication
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and team members regarding project, progress, challenges and potential solutions
