Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in the culinary field, with at least 2 to 4 years in a senior management or Executive Sous Chef role in a 4-or 5-star hotel or resort.
• Experience managing multi-outlet or themed restaurant operations preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
• Excellent menu presentation, innovation, and guest satisfaction focus.
