Executive Assistant

Qualifications:

•  Must be College graduate, must be presentable and avail to communicate well
• Team player who can work under pressure.
• Minimum intermediates excel skills
• Must have graphic design skills
• Attention to details and fast learner.
• Have graphic design skill and experience, preferably admin/ office work experience
• Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor graphic design skills
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
