ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male not more than 45 years old
• With min. 3 yrs experience
• With Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Have handled blue collar workforce
• Experience in CMMS applications.
• Knowledge on maintenance of generators, escalators, elevators and other locomotive machines
• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Experience with facility design, maintenance, and optimization
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards
• Knowledgeable on Autodesk Applications (AutoCAD or REVIT)
• Knowledgeable on MS Office Applications
• Knowledgeable on Motors Controls, Soft Starters, VFD and other Electrical related Controls.
• Knowledgeable Project Managements of Staff and Spare Parts Handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication

• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
