DESIGN ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; Master’s is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and construction methodologies.
- Creative design skills with the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare presentations, renderings, and design reports for clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Support senior architects in managing design deliverables and project execution.
- Conduct site visits to verify construction aligns with design intent.
