DEPUTY FACTORY MANAGER (MANUFACTURING/PRODUCTION)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in managerial roles, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools.
• Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and operational best practices

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in implementing strategies for factory operations.
• Optimize non-production activities to support business objectives.
• Lead non-production projects and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct audits and maintain high operational standards.
• Plan and manage workforce needs for support functions.
• Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction related to factory operations.
• Manage operations of supply chain, inventory, warehouse, maintenance, safety, logistics, and IT.
• Establish KPIs for support functions and review performance regularly.
