DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred in this role
• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School/ Diploma certificate in food production.
• 1-2 years experience in food or culinary services, restaurants, hotels, catering service etc.
• Good cooking and food presentation skills, portion control.
• Knowledge of cost and stock control.
• Knowledge in hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
• Team player and good communication skill. • Knowledge of spoken & written English.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Responsibilities:

• The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible to assist the CDP for the daily operation in the assigned kitchen to meet the expected standards.
• Responsible for cooking and serving the designated menu in a consistent manner.
• Maintain a smooth operation on a day to day basis in food preparation and service area of the kitchen.
• In Absence of the Chef de Partie he is taking care of allocated station and supervise the Commis Chef
