DDC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Shall have a High School and Diploma Certificate from a Vocational Training with Major Specialization in instrumentation maintenance and electric/electronic theory.
• 3 years experience in installation and maintenance of central, split & window types air-conditioning units of various makes, models & in maintaining Honeywell Building Management System.

Job Description:

• Is responsible for working as part of a construction and service team to start up, troubleshoot, commission and service DDC building automation systems for commercial HVAC systems.
• Must have related qualification and proven experience in HVAC Control System both electromechanical and DDC system.
• Experience in installation, commission, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, calibrate and test electronic control systems, HVAC related fire alarm controls & other HVAC controls for DDC.
• Honeywell Building Management System (BMS).
• Able to charge gas, tests and balances units in industrial and commercial buildings.
