CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Directly help customers about their concerns, provide information about the company’s products and services, process returns, and more.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate complaints to the appropriate teams.
