CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer experience management
  • Stay up to date with the latest customer engagement tools and methodologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor feedback channels and ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and complaints, aiming for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and oversee customer training programs to ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience with Digicel’s products and services.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within Digicel Vanuatu by championing the voice of the customer.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to advocate for customer needs and influence product/service enhancements and improvements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Generate regular reports and present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with Digicel Vanuatu’s performance deliverables
  • Identify key touchpoints and interactions across the customer journey, and implement initiatives to improve the overall experience at each stage.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback, surveys, and other relevant data sources to gain insights into customer preferences, pain points, and expectations.
  • Implement effective mechanisms to capture customer feedback, such as surveys, feedback forms, and online reviews
