Crane Operator

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator in ports, harbors, or logistics operations.
• Skilled in operating multiple types of cranes including STS, Quay, RTG, Winch, and Straddle Carriers.
• Knowledge of VMT and YMS systems is required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Awareness of safety protocols and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Mobile Harbour Cranes, Ship-to-Shore (STS) Cranes, Quay Cranes, Winch Cranes with spreader function, Straddle Carriers, and RTG Cranes for container loading/unloading.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of cargo, following operational protocols.
• Use Vessel Management Terminal (VMT) and Yard Management System (YMS) for tracking and coordination.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate safe and timely operations.
