CORPORATE HSE MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH International Diploma (mandatory).
  • ISO 45001 / 14001 Lead Auditor (preferred).
  • Additional certifications in Behavior-Based Safety, Incident Investigation (ICAM/TapRooT), and Fire Safety (desirable).
  • 18+ years of HSE experience, with 5–7 years in senior corporate leadership managing multi-location teams.
  • Proven EPC experience in high-voltage substations (132/220/400 kV) and/or major pumping station projects in the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC client HSE frameworks (DEWA, FEWA, SEWA, TRANSCO, ADNOC, Musanada)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement corporate HSE strategies, systems, and standards across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and client requirements.
  • Oversee risk management, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety culture and performance.
  • Manage and mentor HSE teams across multiple project sites.
