COOK / ASSISTANT COOK (ASIAN CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• Must have an experience of a minimum 2 years in a FINE DINE-IN RESTAURANT/ 4 star to 5 star HOTEL.
• Must have a Philippine Passport valid atleast minimum of two years.
• First timers are welcome apply – must have a valid NBI Apostille required by the Czech Embassy during the submission of visa application.
• For Ex Abroad applicants (those who are less than 3 years from the date of their arrival back in the Philippines), must present a POLICE CLEARANCE from their country of last deployment.
• Police Clearance must be Translated in Czech Language and verified by the Czech Embassy of their last country of Deployment must have a video presentation while cooking (ASIAN CUISINE)

Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.).
• Check quality of ingredients
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers.
• Check food while cooking to stir or turn
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
