COMMUNITY NURSE

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Hospital or Clinical Experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess patient needs, deliver nursing care, and monitor health conditions.
• Provide education and counseling to individuals and families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Administer medications, injections, and wound care as needed.
• Assist in managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Support immunization drives and other public health initiatives in the community

Requirements:

• Updated CV
• Passport Copy
• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
