COMMIS III (KITCHEN HELPER)

Qualifications:

• At least 5’2 in height, with pleasing personality
• Good communication skills, at least 1 year experience working in Hotel or Hospitality Industry

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
• Safely and appropriately use measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare foods.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area.
