Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Asian cuisine- Chinese, Korean, Malaysian.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
• Knows how to prepare ingredients and chops in different style and size
• Knowledge of food cost Aware of food safety and Hyenine
• Handling a team and section independently
