Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Experience including any apprenticeship or industrial training duration in the culinary field is an advantage
• Must know all the guidelines with a focus on reducing costs without compromising on quality within the section/area of operations

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare a consistent high quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service
• Ensure the quality of the food items
• Cook food and prepare top quality menu items in a timely manner
