CNC Machinist

Qualifications:

• 25 years old and above
• Must be fit to work5+ years of verifiable, consistent & proven work experience
• With overseas experience is a plus
• Recognized trade qualification or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of vocational or college education is preferred to exempt candidates from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL or PTE). However, candidates who have not completed this level of education will be required to take one of these English language tests.

Responsibilities:

Must have experience in one or more of the following

• Mazak CNC Lathe
• Mazatrol Controller
• CAD/CAM experience using Mastercam
• Mazak CNC Milling Machine or Machining Centre
• Mazatrol Controller
• CAD experience using AutoCAD or Solidworks, CAM experience using Mastercam
• DMG Mori Seiki Lathes and Milling machines
• Not specific re controller, Fanuc will be OK
• CAM experience using OneCNC, but will train applicants with other CAM experience
• CNC Milling Machine or Machining Centre, Lathe
• Not specific regarding controller, Fanuc will be OK
• CAD experience using AutoCAD or Solidworks, CAM experience not specific but Mastercam, SolidCAM, Feature Cam, Fusion 360, will be OK.
• CNC Lathes with milling heads, Okuma brand with Mastercam programming experience
• CNC Milling Machine, Okuma brand (4 axis), with Mastercam programming experience
• CNC wirecut – desirable, but not essential

• Police Clearance (In all overseas country you worked for at least 12 months)
