CNC MACHINE PROGRAMMER

Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD/CAM software and systems.
• 5-10+ years of CNC Programming
• Diligent, self-motivated and with good attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision parts, focusing on nesting
• Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create efficient machining strategies.
• Maintain accuracy in programming for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Setup and Machine Operation Support, and create detailed setup sheets and documentation to guide machine operators.
• Estimate programming times, machine times, and materials needed to complete projects efficiently.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering and manufacturing to ensure seamless communication and alignment on technical requirements
