CLINIC MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with inpatient billing clerks to update corporate clients on queries and act as a conduit to communicate with Client and their insurance company or PTA party to arrange letter of guarantees and provide documents for processing of their claims
• Personal development; staff meetings
• Responsible for handling corporate clients’ complaints and suggestions.
• Be available and accept participation in training and orientation program to fulfill competency requirements of the hospital
