CLIENT SERVICES TEAM LEADER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: minimum if 2-3 years of experience in client services, customer service, or a related role.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer- focused with a commitment to providing high- quality service.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Team supervision: supervise and support the client services team in their daily tasks.
- Ensure the team adheres to service standards and protocols.
- Training and development: conduct training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance.
- Performance management: monitor team performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for team members.
- Service coordination: assist the client services manager in coordinating services for internal clients.
- Ensure timely response to internal client inquiries and service requests.
- Feedback implementation: gather feedback from internal clients and implement improvements.
- Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Service delivery: oversee the execution of services to external clients as directed by the client services manager.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (slas).
- Issue resolution: handle external client complaints and issues escalated by the team.
- Work with the client services manager to proactively identify and potential problems.
