Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in construction projects, particularly focused on finishing works
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods and finishes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality control
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and teams

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finishing phases of construction projects, including plastering, painting, flooring, and other interior finishes.
• Ensure finishing works are completed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and within established timelines.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and review reports, designs, and drawings related to finishing works.
• Manage project budgets, including purchasing equipment and materials required for finishing works.
• Ensure that quality control measures are followed and work is performed to the highest standards.
