Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and environment sustainability.
• Prior experience in resort, hospitality, or high-end development project is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and Execute Civil Works: Oversee all engineering aspects of the resort development project from initial planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• 3D Design and Visualization: Utilize advance 3D Design and imaging tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Sketchup) to develop detailed models, site layouts, and visual presentations of the project for stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and third-party vendors to align engineering solutions with project objectives.
• Conduct Site Assessments: Perform site inspections, soil test, and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction processes comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Provide innovative and sustainable engineering solutions to complex design and structural challenges.
• Monitor Progress: Track construction progress, manage documentation, and report critical updates to the project management team.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in selecting contractors and vendors, ensuring their work meets quality, budget and schedule expectations.
