CITIZENSHIP MANAGER

Qualifications:

Experience in managing citizenship or immigration programs.

Strong organizational and team management skills.

Familiarity with government processes related to immigration and citizenship.

Excellent communication and client service abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Responsibilities:

Deal with all work in a timely manner and deliver to a high-quality standard

Oversee and manage citizenship and residency applications

Supervise staff handling immigration and citizenship-related tasks

Act as the main for immigration, citizenship, and passport offices

Ensure all applications comply with current legal and regulatory requirements

Provide clients with guidance and updates on their application status.

Keep management informed on the progress of all cases and changes in policies.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.

Resolve any issues related to citizenship, residency, or passport applications
