Chef de Partie

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Culinary, Hospitality, or Professional Cookery.
• Minimum 2-3 years as a Demi Chef de Partie.
• Proficient in various cooking methods, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• HACCP health and safety credentials.
• Ability to manage team operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Take part in food production, instruct and train staff in the section, and ensure production adheres to established manuals and standards.
• Implement instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef in own section.
• Prepare production plans for subordinates.
• Participate in daily food production.
• Monitor traffic changes and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure recipes, hygiene, and work procedures are followed.
• Maintain machinery and ensure proper handling.
• Supervise date marking system and monitor expiry products.
• Attend HACCP and ISO courses and apply the knowledge.
• Train lower-level staff on new technologies and techniques.
• Organize and supervise raw materials.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chefs in product development.
• Assist with food presentation setup and layout.
• Assist other units as needed.
• Order raw materials from the store.
• Reject raw materials that do not meet standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Comply with Saudi Labor Law, Cybersecurity policies, and other relevant regulations.
