Carpenter

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Trade Certificate in Carpentry/Masonry.
• Previous experience in a prefabrication manufacturing environment.
• Experience in working within a team of tradespersons.
• Possess strong attention to detail, have excellent time management and communication skills.
• Experience in the Building/Construction/Manufacturing industry.
• Experience with the use of Reckon preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to effectively deal with high pressure environments and tight deadlines.
• Ability to operate a Mobile Plant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties inherent to the trade of carpentry and more specifically fabrication of products for Complete Site Services to ensure operational objectives & targets are met.
• Erect light weight steel wall frames and roof trusses
• Installation of sheet flooring, Installation of windows and doors,
• Exterior wall cladding, sheet metal roof cladding
• Construct eaves, various other carpentry tasks.
• Insulation & roof construction, Cabinetry work.
• Ability to operate mobile plant (Only if licensed and approved as being competent).
