Qualifications:

• This is under Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) program
• TITP and SSW / Ex-Trainee
• JLPT/N4 Passer (TITP) Caregiver NC II
• JFT/Caregiver Prometric (English/Japanese) SSW

Job Description:

• Taking care of the patient (bathing, feeding, etc.)
• Maintaining medical charts and monitoring medication.
• Monitoring patient’s health conditions.
• Helping clients take prescribed medication.
• Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises.
• Planning and preparing meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
• Being a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Reporting any unusual incidents.
• Acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements:
