Capsule Press Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Understanding of capsule filling machine operation, basic mechanical knowledge, ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• High level of accuracy and precision in measuring and monitoring filling parameters.
• Commitment to maintaining quality standards and identifying potential defects.
• Understanding and adherence to safety procedures in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring a capsule filling machine.
• Ensuring the accurate and consistent filling of capsules with powdered or liquid ingredients while adhering to strict quality control standards and safety procedures within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Tasks often include loading capsules, adjusting filling parameters, inspecting finished capsules, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the production process.
