CAFE SUPERVISOR / SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With experience in Coffee Shop operations as Shift Supervisor
• GCC experience is an advantage
• With strong supervisory and decision – making skills
• Knowledgeable with all Coffee Shop procedures in all stations
• Knowledgeable with inventory management, stock control, reporting, can handle scheduling of staff
• Pleasing personality, good character , flexible and able to multi – task

Job Description:

• Oversee the cafe’s daily operations
• Train new employees on how to make the range of coffee drinks
• Show employees how to properly start, use and clean the coffee – making equipment
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
