We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team and lead our specialty coffee cafe. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing international coffee brands such as Starbucks, Costa, or Dunkin Donuts. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a specialty coffee brand (e.g., Starbucks, Costa, Dunkin Donuts).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Train, supervise, and motivate cafe staff to deliver top-notch service.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the consistency of coffee and food products.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and organize special events and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on cafe performance and operational issues.
