Qualifications:

• Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
• With working knowledge of meat cutting techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to operate cutting machines and other related equipment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and bone a variety of meats, including pork, beef, veal, lamb, poultry, and fish
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to food safety regulations
• Operate cutting machines and other equipment to prepare meats
• Package and label prepared meats
• Monitor inventory and order supplies, as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Responsible for cutting and preparing a variety of meats for sale to customers, as well as ensuring the highest quality of product.
• Have a thorough understanding of meat cutting techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
