BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• With 5 years experience as a Butcher.
• Must know boning carcass into prime cuts (Beef, Pork & Lamb)
• Must know how to trim each prime cut to specification.
• Value adding cuts into roasts, marinated steaks, schnitzels, kebabs and chop
• Can prepare and slice various cold cuts, including ham, salami, and specialty meats.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
  Must possess a valid Driver’s License
