Peloton Workready Pty. Ltd is in need of the following:

BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• With at least 5 years related experience as a Butcher in a supermarket or factory
• Must know bonning carcass into prime cuts (Beef, Port, Lamb & Chicken)
• Must know how to trim each prime cut to specification 4 ( Value adding cuts into roasts, marinated steaks, schnitzels, kebabs and chop
• Must know how to use sausage filling machine
• Must know how to make sausages with the correct meat, mincing and mixing the ingredients into the meat to the correct specification & filling into the correct casing
• Must have valid passport

Requirements:

• Candidate must have ready passport
