BUSBAR TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have experience with Rawabi Electric, GES Factory, EEIC (Abunayyan Group), AL Shuwayer Factory, Arabian Point 8, Wescosa, East and West, Al Amal, MOTS, QITAF Factory, NOOR, Power Center, AL Fanar, Selco, Al Mina and Tamimi Factory

Responsibilities:

• Take work instructions from immediate senior and also report the work progress.
• At the receipt of new drawings for manufacturing, check the availability of busbars, busbar supports, Color Sleeves & hardware in store.
• Raise a shortage report same day if there is any shortage.
• Follow up for the short material with production head and store keeper.
• Make accurate bending and punching of busbars as per the drawings.
• Following the instruction manual to operate the busbar bending and punching machine.
• Do the heat shrinkable sleeving as per the drawing.
• Fix the busbar supports and busbars on panel as per drawing.
• Make the regular check of all the plant machinery.
• Make sure there is a safety manual and operating manual on each machine.
• Make sure that the recommended service is done periodically on each machine.
• Keep the minimum stock of maintenance spare parts.
