BUILDING PAINTER

Qualifications:

• 25 years old & above
• Fit to work
• At least one (1) year of vocational training or college is preferred
• With relevant and continuous work experience in the past five (5) years is a must
• Overseas experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of different paint types, their properties, and appropriate applications for various surfaces (interior walls, exterior walls, wood, etc.).
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, spray guns) safely and effectively.
• Ability to mix paint colors accurately to achieve desired shades.
• A meticulous eye for detail is crucial for achieving a flawless finish, ensuring clean lines, even coverage, and minimal imperfections.
• Following safety protocols when working at heights, using ladders and scaffolding, and handling paint materials (some may contain harmful fumes)

• Certifications (Vocational, TESDA, IELTS)
• Seminar and Training Certificates
• Licenses (Driver’s, PRC)
• NBI Clearance (can be to follow)
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Police Clearance (In all overseas country you worked for at least 12 months)
• Pay Slip (previous employer up to present)
