Qualifications:

• This job requires male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Poses the ability in construction skills
• Carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting and landscaping skills
• Organizational skills and record-keeping skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain building or facilities in plumbing, electric problems etc.
• Organizational skills and record keeping skills
• Safety and effectively use, operate and maintain tools equipment
