BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM MANAGER)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must be an expert in BIM Software’s including but not limited to Auto desk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 and familiar platforms.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute BIM implementation strategies on complex projects.
• Capacity to lead and motivate team members to adopt and utilize BIM effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Defining BIM execution plans, setting standards for model creation, data management, and quality control protocols for each project.
• Leading model review meetings to identify and resolve clashes between different disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) within the BIM model.
• Providing training on BIM software and workflows to project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Overseeing the project information model, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.
• Fostering communication and collaboration between different project teams by coordinating model sharing and updates.
• Performing quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Generating reports on BIM usage metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
