Barman / Mixologist

Qualifications:

• With minimum 3 years in proven working experience as a bartender or mixologist in
  a 5 Star Bar, Restaurant or Hotel or in a high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Food & Beverage is a
  plus.
• Must have TESDA NC II Training or Trade Test Certificates in Food & Beverages
  Services and Bartending & other related training certificates.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, along with mixology techniques.
• Must be competent in creating & preparation of a variety of cocktails, ensuring
  quality and presentation.
• Must be able to develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus.
• Must be able to interact with guests to provide recommendations and enhance their
  experience.
• Must be able to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including
  responsible serving of alcohol.
• Must be keen on assisting in the training of bar staff on cocktail preparation and
  techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Certification in responsible beverage service is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Should be knowledgeable in quality management, quality control, managing
  inventory and placing orders as necessary.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good English communication skills.
• Newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 56,000.00 net monthly.
• 48 Work Hours per week.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Nine (9) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
