Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Baker
• Baking and pastry degree or its equivalent.
• Should be able to produce quality international breads and pastry from scratch and, be creative and train personnel in the bakery.
• Experience in decorating cakes and pastries a plus
• Must have an assortment of international bread recipes
