Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Chef/ Baker in a professional bakery, restaurant, or hotel setting.
• Knowledge of international baking trends.
• Creativity and a passion for baking.
• Must have a incredible baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring baking times and temperatures in the oven, adjusting as needed.
• Decorating baked goods with frosting, glazes, and toppings
• Mixing doughs and batters according to recipes, using proper measuring techniques
