BAKER APPRENTICE

Qualifications:

• High school / College diploma
• No prior baking experience is required, but a passion for baking is essential
• Enthusiastic about baking and eager to learn
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Enjoys working with people in a team environment
• Open to new ideas and techniques
• Minimum B1 German language proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes
• Maintaining high quality standards and consistency
• Adhering to HACCP guidelines
• Demonstrating creativity in developing new recipes
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare doughs and batters
• Operate and maintain baking equipment
• Produce a wide range of baked goods
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
