Qualifications:
- Female, 25 – 45 years old
- Must have 2 years of related experience
- Proven 2 years’ experience in attendance management or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in using attendance tracking systems and HR software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign all visual merchandising tasks for all stores within assigned brand.

I, Jhon Paul Tanguamos, graduated with a degree in Information Technology from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in April 2017. My professional journey began with a role as a Regional IT staff in an insurance company, where I served for nine months. I chose to resign from this position due to the workload not aligning with the compensation offered.
Following this, I transitioned to the role of Office Clerk in the Admissions and Scholarship Office at USTP CDO. During my four years in this role, I gained significant experience in dealing with a diverse range of personalities and learned to effectively handle interactions with clients, students, and individuals in higher positions.
In recognition of my work, I was promoted to Graduate Scholarship Assistant in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
I am now seeking opportunities abroad that align with my skills and experience. I am particularly interested in positions as an Office Clerk or Administrative Assistant.
