Agricultural Equipment Mechanics

Job Description:

• Assembly of new machinery
• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (Excavation, commercial mowers, tractors and farming equipment)
• Replace defective and/or broken parts
• Maintenance of the agricultural heavy equipment
• Installation of various equipment on a tractor

Qualification:

• With at least 1 year vocational diploma or college undergraduate program
• Male with 3-5 years solid experience as Mechanic on agricultural heavy machineries
• Technical knowledge on Diesel Engine, Hydraulics and Electrical of farming equipment
• Experience on Kubota, Komatsu or Link-Belt Equipment products is an advantage

Truck and Trailer Mechanics (Reefer Trucks)

Job Description:

• Carry out inspections, repairs and replacements of the following parts and components: engine, transmission, differential, braking system, tires, electrical system, chassis, suspension.
• Maintenance of the workplace and truck tires
• Installation of various equipment on a trucks and trailers

Qualification:

• With at least 1 year vocational diploma or college undergraduate program
• Male with 3-5 years solid experience as Mechanic on trucks and trailers for food industry
•  Technical knowledge on Diesel Engine, Electrical, Welding and Refrigeration Units

Conventional Milling and Lathe Machinists

Job Description:

• Set up, operate and maintain conventional machine tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables; Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance; Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)

Qualification:

• With at least 1 year vocational diploma or college undergraduate program
• Male with 3-5 years solid experience machining in Milling and Lathe with G Codes
• Must be able to maintain tight tolerance
• Knowledge in Featurecam Programming is an advantage.

CNC Milling Machinists (FeatureCAM)

Job Description:

• Program, set up, operate and maintain a variety of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables; Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
• Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Making set-ups on CNC machines (jig mounting, zeroing, tool mounting)

Qualification:

• With at least 1 year vocational diploma or college undergraduate program
• Male with 3-5 years solid experience FeatureCAM programming and Mitsubishi control
• Technical experience on AWEA and Takumi machines and skills on 3D programming
