ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Administration Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical workers, and office assistants.
• Manage office facilities and ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures. Oversee budgeting and financial aspects related to administrative operations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding administrative personnel.
• Implement process improvements to enhance overall office efficiency
