Admin & Procurement Coordinator

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably with exposure to procurement or purchasing activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and correspondence management.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders for replenishment, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements to ensure effective communication within the organization.
